School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school event may include:

Book Week
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week.
P&C meeting
Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held 2nd Wednesday of every month 6:30pm held at North Richmond Panthers. Parents and carers are welcome to attend. Meetings are not held in school holidays.
Swimming Carnival
The annual school swimming carnival occurs early in Term 1. It is held at Richmond Swimming Pools. All students in Years 3 - 6 attend the carnival and any student who is in Year 2 turning 8 years of age is also invited if they can confidently swim 50metres. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
Easter Hat Parade and Grandparents Day
Each year, we celebrate with an Easter Hat Parade and Grandparents Day, inviting parents, carers, and grandparents to join us. These special events provide students with the opportunity to proudly showcase their classrooms and work. During the event, the P&C also hold their annual Easter raffle draw, adding to the excitement and community spirit.
Spirit Afternoon Tea
Each term, our students have the exciting opportunity to earn a special afternoon tea hosted by our principal, Mrs McGrath. Through our Zap award system, students can work their way up to achieving a Spirit Award, recognising their dedication and positive contribution in Learning, Respect, Environmental care and Safety.
Athletics Carnival
The annual school athletics carnival is held in Term 3. It is held at Tamplin Field Hobartville. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
