Parents and citizens' association

What is a P&C association?

P&C association works together with the school community and staff to assist in providing funds for equipment and educational resources for the school. The FRPS P&C aims to bring parents and citizens together with students and teachers to be a part of their children's education. Included in the role of the FRPS P&C is the operation of the school canteen, organizing fundraising activities throughout the year, assisting at public functions and special events.

What makes the FRPS P&C a bit different?

Our P&C Committee is active and inclusive. We welcome new members and helpers. Our focus is to raise funds to provide resources for the kids to enjoy. We are not all about the "friendships that last a lifetime malarkey" – we are a collection of parents from all backgrounds with differing careers and home life who all just want to pitch in and do our bit to cook some sausages or organize some fun events for the kids or raise money for the school. Our P&C committee members know that any help, little or large, is appreciated and everyone does as much as they can/want.

"No one can do everything but everyone can do something"

How can you help?

Participate buying raffle tickets, ordering lunches and participating in our events is help and we appreciate parent feedback always. If you do have some time to give then we would love the help of any parents or carers who can assist with various fundraisers or volunteer in the canteen. Every hour of help is greatly appreciated.
